Established in November 1992, PT. Kemilau Surya Mandiri has been a company engaged in the business of embroidery. In later years, in response to the challenge from garment industry, we started our garment printing service.
From a modest start in the beginning, our printing line has grown to incorporate almost all types of printing available. We provide all kinds of waterbased and solvent based printing including photo print, high density, crack print, distress, pigment print, rubber, glitter, flocking, puff print, semi rubber print with manual and automatic machines. We also provide sublimation print for many kinds of design and fabrics.
Starting December 2002, with the constant development of the business, our company moved to its current location in Tangerang. Conveniently located near the airport toll road, our new premises have a total area of 5,500 sqm and approximately 400 workers.
We only use materials, auxiliaries and chemicals that are approved by US, UE and Japan markets. Our products are regularly tested by customers through the ITS, Kaken and Boken. The result of the testing always pass and meet with the buyer requirement.
Well trained and experienced workers are one of our assets to give high quality outputs. Our machine operators are experienced workers who have worked with our company for years. These workers have passed all trainings and most have worked their way through each stage of the production process, thus they have complete knowledge and skills to ensure a smooth production. The whole process from sample development, follow up, production, finishing and delivery is done by dedicated workers and staffs, who work as a team, hand in hand to ensure outputs that meet export oriented quality.
